4 Layer Delight

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup chopped pecans

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 stick butter, melted

  • 1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup Cool Whip®

  • 2 (3 oz) pkg. instant chocolate pudding

  • 3 cups cold whole milk

  • 1 container Cool Whip®

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
     

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.

  2. Bottom layer: Combine flour, pecans, butter. Press into 9x13 dish. Bake 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely.

  3. Second Layer: Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, 1 cup Cool Whip®. Spread over bottom layer.

  4. Third Layer: Blend Pudding mix and milk until thickened. Spread over second layer. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

  5. Fourth Layer: Carefully spread container of Cool Whip® over third layer. Refrigerate until serving time.
