4 Layer Delight
Ingredients:
½ cup chopped pecans
1 cup flour
1 stick butter, melted
1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup Cool Whip®
2 (3 oz) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 cups cold whole milk
1 container Cool Whip®
1 cup powdered sugar
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375°.
Bottom layer: Combine flour, pecans, butter. Press into 9x13 dish. Bake 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely.
Second Layer: Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, 1 cup Cool Whip®. Spread over bottom layer.
Third Layer: Blend Pudding mix and milk until thickened. Spread over second layer. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Fourth Layer: Carefully spread container of Cool Whip® over third layer. Refrigerate until serving time.
